Orders to EU countries are shipped under the IOSS system, which means:

• No additional customs fees for orders under EUR 150.
  
• VAT is already included in your order total at checkout, based on the local VAT rate of your delivery country.
  
• For orders over EUR 150, VAT is not charged at checkout and duties may apply upon arrival.

During busier periods (such as holidays or sales), delivery times may take slightly longer.

Due to recent US import regulations and tariff adjustments, customs clearance may take longer than usual.
Once the parcel arrives in the US, tracking may show it has reached JFK or another main entry hub — it will then proceed through customs and local delivery.

We kindly ask for your patience, as delays are unfortunately beyond our control once parcels are in customs.
If a parcel does not arrive within 4 weeks, please contact us and we will ensure it is either reshipped or refunded.

Our products are formulated with great care to suit a wide range of hair types, and most of our customers are delighted with their results. However, we understand that everyone’s hair is unique and that sometimes a product may not feel like the perfect match straight away.

We recommend giving your Silvina LONDON products a few tries — and experimenting with smaller amounts, as our shampoo and conditioner are highly concentrated and often require less than conventional formulas.

If after a few uses you still feel they’re not right for you, perhaps you could share them with a friend who might enjoy discovering them.
