At Silvina London, every order is packed with care and sent as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs procedures. All orders are shipped from the UK and include a tracking number.
UK DELIVERY
Standard Delivery tracked: £4.50
Delivered by Royal Mail within 2–4 working days.
Please note:
- Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
EUROPE DELIVERY
Delivery cost: calculated at checkout.
Expected delivery time: approximately 1 week. Please allow up to 3 weeks before contacting us, as customs processing can occasionally cause delays beyond our control.
Orders to EU countries are shipped under the IOSS system, which means VAT is already included in your order total at checkout, based on the local VAT rate of your delivery country.
Please note: from 1 July 2026, EU import rules are changing. A small customs handling fee may apply to parcels entering the EU regardless of order value. This is a regulatory change introduced by the European Union and is outside our control. We will update this page as the situation becomes clearer.
During busier periods, such as holidays or sales, delivery times may take slightly longer.
USA & CANADA DELIVERY
Delivery cost: calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery time: 10 days to 4 weeks.
Due to US import regulations and customs procedures, clearance times can vary. Once your parcel arrives in the US, tracking may show it has reached a main entry hub — it will then proceed through customs and local delivery. We ask for your patience, as delays at this stage are beyond our control.
If your parcel does not arrive within 4 weeks, please contact us at hello@silvinalondon.com and we will ensure it is either reshipped or refunded.
REST OF THE WORLD DELIVERY
Delivery cost: calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery time: up to 4–5 weeks, depending on destination and customs processes.
Please note:
- Any local duties or import taxes are payable by the customer upon arrival.
- Delivery times vary by region and may be affected by customs clearance times or local postal services.
RETURNS & WITHDRAWAL
UK and EU customers — Right of Withdrawal
If you are based in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
The 14-day period begins the day after you receive your order. To exercise this right, please use the withdrawal form at silvinalondon.com/pages/eu-withdrawal. You will receive an email confirmation once your request is submitted.
Sealed products — conditioner and hair oil
Our conditioner and hair oil are supplied with a hygiene seal. Once the seal has been broken, the right of withdrawal no longer applies to these products. Please inspect them carefully before opening.
Shampoo
Our shampoo does not carry a hygiene seal. If you wish to withdraw a shampoo purchase, it must be returned unused and in its original condition. We reserve the right to deduct an amount reflecting any diminished value if the product has been handled beyond simple inspection.
Return shipping
The cost of returning products to us is your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot process refunds for items that do not reach us.

Refunds
Once we receive and confirm the condition of the returned products, we will process your refund within 14 days. Your refund will cover the original purchase price plus the outbound shipping cost you paid at checkout, returned to your original payment method.
All other customers
Outside the UK and EU, we do not offer returns or refunds unless your order arrives damaged or faulty. If this happens, please contact us at hello@silvinalondon.com within 7 days of receipt and we will resolve it promptly.

- For international orders outside the UK, Silvina London is not liable for losses or delays caused by local customs or delivery partners once the parcel has left the UK.
