SECTION 5 — RETURNS, REFUNDS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
UK and EU customers — Right of Withdrawal
If you are based in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. This is your statutory right under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and EU Directive 2011/83/EU as amended by Directive (EU) 2023/2673.
The 14-day withdrawal period begins the day after you receive your order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please use the withdrawal form available on our website at silvinalondon.com/pages/eu-withdrawal. You will receive an email confirmation once your request has been submitted.
Hygiene and sealed products
Our conditioner and hair oil are supplied with a hygiene seal. In accordance with UK and EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to these products once the hygiene seal has been broken. Please inspect these products carefully before opening them.
Our shampoo does not carry a hygiene seal. If you wish to withdraw from a purchase of our shampoo, it must be returned unused and in its original condition. We reserve the right to deduct an amount reflecting any diminished value of the product if it has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
Return shipping
The cost of returning products to us is your responsibility. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we are unable to process refunds for items that do not reach us. Products must be returned to:

Refunds
Once we receive the returned products and confirm their condition, we will process your refund within 14 days. Your refund will cover the original purchase price plus the outbound shipping cost you paid at checkout. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Non-withdrawal returns
Outside of the statutory withdrawal right described above, we do not accept returns on opened or used products. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at hello@silvinalondon.com within 7 days of receipt and we will resolve it promptly.
All other customers
If you are based outside the UK or EU, we do not offer returns or refunds unless your order arrives damaged or faulty. Please contact hello@silvinalondon.com within 7 days of receipt in that case.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, photography, brand identity, product names, logo, and the Silvina London name, is the property of Be Silver Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
